Frank Calabria

Director of Performance Coaching at the North Woden Tennis Club. Frank has been operating a professional tennis coaching businesses since 1996. After demonstrating promise as a tennis player at a junior level in Australia , Frank commenced his tennis coaching career in 1996.

In has role as Director of Performance Frank runs multiple High Performance, Development, Talent and Zone (Regional Talent Squad) Squads through Team RSTA,Team RSTA being the foremost tennis destination for aspiring tennis players in the region,

Frank has completed an Associate Diploma of Applied Science in Fitness and Recreation, before attaining his Level 1 Junior Development and Club Professional national coaching qualification through Tennis Australia.

Aside from his busy schedule with RSTA he is also a Coach Developer with Tennis Australia’s Coach Education team, helping facilitate professional development short courses around the country as well presenting on key coaching topics. Frank has also presented at the Grand Slam Coaches Conference and Hot Shots Masterclass conferences win Melbourne Australia. Frank is also a Zone Squad Head Coach for Tennis Australia in which he works with talented juniors within the ACT region.

Jake Okines – Ready Athlete Management

Jake initially started his RSTA tennis journey back in 2005 as a member of our junior development squad, then attended Lee University in Tennessee USA on full sporting scholarship going on to be Head Coach of the Women’s NCAA Team. Jake now works with our up and coming juniors athletes within College Tennis Pathways Program running Ready Athlete Management, a dedicated college pathway recruiting service for Team RSTA athletes wishing to pursue a USA College Tennis experience. Jake will guide you through the sometimes tricky and complicated path smoothly with his knowledge and support invaluable to finding the right college for your child.
